Biography
Alex Hardie trained at The Urdang Academy and has been working in the industry since 2020.
Alex is currently on tour with Battersea Arts Centre's Beatbox Academy's new show 'Pied Piper' , which opened in October. 'Pied Piper' has received four and five star reviews across the board and is continually adding dates to the tour.
Alex is also a part of the internationally acclaimed tribute to Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, 'Big Girls Don't Cry' in which he plays 'Tommy Devito'.
Alex's most recent theatre work was the UK Tour of 'Unexpected Twist' by Roy Williams, book by Michael Rosen. Both the show and Alex's performance was praised in both National publications and local blogs. The most notable being WhatsOnStage and The Times
Alex has a lot of experience on stage and performs regularly, not only in theatre but as a singer and has performed with groups such as Get Gospel, The Gold Vocal Collective and with Battersea Art Centre's Beatbox Academy.
Alex is an expert beatboxer and is regularly involved in the UK battle scene. He uses his skills not only to battle but to make music both as a solo performer and as part of a group.
Alex also offers lessons in both Musical Theatre and Beatboxing.
He is currently based in Surrey where he lives with his girlfriend Chloe.
